"But these things I plan won't happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled.
If it seems slow, be patient! For it will surely take place. It will not be late by a single day." Habakkuk 2:3

Logan Turns 6!!

Logan is such a joy to have in our house and we can't imagine life without him!  He makes us laugh every single day-he loves to cuddle, loves to play by himself and loves being silly.  This is the kid who has been known to play with 2 paperclips for over an hour, play with 3 potatoes for over 2 hours and who can simply entertain himself with ANYTHING you give him-he has the best imagination and turns everyday items into people that talk to each other and have adventures-its pretty amazing!  He is absolutely in love with his new sister and has to kiss her and say goodbye before he leaves anywhere or before bedtime.  He has asked a couple times if when Seble grows up, will she have to go back to Ethiopia?  We have reassured him that NO she is here to stay-and he gets very excited and happy!
We love you Loggie-you have brought so much joy to our lives!!! Happy Birthday!

Seble gets to meet her two cousins-Tayllor and Tim-

At Logan's party-we gave our niece her BD gift-which Adam had hidden in this handmade wooden box-he made her open it-to find $500 all in One dollar bills-that we had promised her on her last BD if she wouldn't get a ticket all year and drive safe.  So, we saved up for this and gave it to her for her BD this year-as she fulfilled the promise and was a safe driver!  It was fun.

"Although it may not always be obvious to us, there seems to be one distinct moment when God begins a new story in each of our lives. He writes words on our hearts that long to be spoken and strain to be lived out. Then with His own great hand, He begins to write the script. Experience by experience through seemingly ordinary days, He supernaturally orders our lives. Only when we look back and reflect on what appeared to have been the ordinary events of life does it become clear what a miracle the Lord has performed." Jan Beazely
